UC Cup

Welcome to the UC Cup, proudly supported by the University of Canberra. This exciting T20 tournament is played from the 1st - 3rd of October in the lead up to the start of the junior cricket season.

The mission of the tournament is to showcase Australia’s number one sport – cricket – to kids and families. We have two primary goals – participation and enjoyment for all. The tournament is held at multiple venues across Canberra and is open to entries from both boys and girls. 

Previous tournaments have featured prominent names in the cricket community including Australian representatives Adam Zampa and Nic Maddinson.

Cricket ACT acknowledges the Traditional Custodians and ancestors of the land we live and meet on, the Ngunnawal people. Cricket ACT acknowledges that other people and families also have a traditional connection to the lands of the ACT and region and we respect this connection to country. We honour and pay respect to the Elders in our local communities, both past and present.

We celebrate the participation of First Nations peoples, families and communities, and recognise their individual and collective shared connection and history with cricket. We are committed to listening and learning about how we as people, an organisation and community advocate for equitable outcomes and positive futures with all First Nations peoples.
