Cricket ACT is committed to improving coach development opportunities for our junior cricket coaches and is delivering a new Community Coaching Course, which includes a pre-course session that provides added 'experiential learning opportunities' for all participants involved.
The Community Coach Course has been developed to build on the knowledge gained during the Introduction to Coaching and Junior Coach modules with particular reference to coaches creating and developing their own training sessions.
During the pre-course session & face-to-face course, coaches will have the opportunity to collaborate with others and build on the areas they would like to develop more skill or expertise in.
This course is primarily hands-on effective practical session delivery & development.
